We are committed to making counselling as accessible as possible while also ensuring our service can continue to support the community in a sustainable way. In order to meet rising costs and maintain the quality of care we provide, we will be introducing a new tiered pricing structure for counselling sessions.
This change will take effect from 1st October 2025, however existing clients wont need to worry about price changes till 12th January 2026.
Our new structure is designed to take into account individual circumstances, so that those on lower incomes can still access support at an affordable rate:
New Pricing Tiers
Premium Service – £40 per session
For individuals who want instant access
Tier 1 – £30 per session
For individuals working 30 hours or more per week
Tier 2 – £25 per session
For individuals working 20–29 hours per week
Tier 3 – £20 per session
For individuals working 11–19 hours per week
Tier 4 – £15 per session
For individuals working up to 10 hours per week
Tier 5 – £10 per session
For individuals who are unemployed or seeking work
Why the Change?
Over the past year, the cost of delivering our counselling services has increased significantly. In order to continue offering safe, professional, and compassionate support, it has become necessary to adjust our fees. By introducing this tiered approach, we hope to balance sustainability with fairness—ensuring that no one is excluded from accessing support due to their financial situation.
What This Means for You
If you are already accessing counselling with us you will continue on your current price up until 12th January 2026, If you are considering counselling for the first time, you can let us know your circumstances at assessment, and we will guide you to the correct tier.
