Provided online via video or on the phone. Prices range from only £10 on a sliding scale up to £30 per session. Waiting time to be seen is currently 1-3 months after initial assessment, however this range is an estimate and can vary significantly. 50 minute sessions.
Premium Counselling Service – Quick Access!
Provided online via video or on the phone. Price per session is £40. Jump the queue and get access within weeks. 50 minute sessions provided on an open ended basis. This service maintains further access to fully-qualified counsellors, meaning a reduced waiting time, and better matching any counselling preferences you may have.
Is there a cost?
We have several levels of tariffs for our means-tested service:

- Tier 1 – Working 30+ hrs (£30)

As part of your assessment, we will complete a means test to ascertain the correct fee level for you.
